A Portland-based 120-unit apartment building is being retrofitted to enhance energy performance.

The Portland Housing Development Corp. is wrapping up an extensive rehabilitation for the building on Danforth Street in Portland. IRC was commissioned for joining this project to implement efficient roofing and siding material. This gives the building a new refreshed look and brightens up the neighborhood.
