Industrial Roofing Company of Lewiston, ME has recently completed construction of a new 10,000-square-foot state-of-the-art warehouse at their corporate headquarters.

Solar Roof Systems installed a natural light Daylighting system, which integrates sensors and efficient dimmable T-8 lighting fixtures to save more than half their annual lighting costs. In addition, a 1,000-square-foot SolarWall® has been installed to capture warm fresh air and distribute the sun’s heat throughout the facility.

Current plans include a commercial photovoltaic system and Green Grid® vegetative roof system in addition to efficiency and recycling programs already established.
