Your Role in the Journey:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, working hand-in-hand with the Project Manager to ensure every project milestone is not just met but exceeded. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, overseeing operations, and being the driving force behind material procurement. Essential Quests:
1. Collaborative Symphony: Partner with the Project Manager to orchestrate and achieve project goals, ensuring a harmonious flow of operations.
2. Meeting Maestro: Attend Operations meetings to stay informed and aligned with project objectives, ensuring everyone is on the same page in our mission for excellence.
3. Budget Jedi: Support the estimation process by assisting with budget estimates, handling change orders, and being the guardian of financial wisdom on projects.
4. Transition Virtuoso: Participate in project take-off meetings, smoothly transitioning from planning to execution, setting the stage for project success.
5. Coordination Guru: Collaborate with project leads, vendors, GC’s, and fellow PM’s to uphold project schedules, optimize efficiency, and be the glue that binds the project team.
6. Material Maven: Assist in procuring materials and other essentials, ensuring we have everything needed to turn project visions into reality.
7. Data Explorer: Review project implementation, gather data on project execution, and report to the Project Manager, contributing to our continuous improvement journey.
8. Change Order Whisperer: Work with Project Managers to accurately enter change orders and submittals, ensuring a smooth sailing journey through project adjustments.
9. Detail Doyen: Review submittals, coordinate with specs, and alert the Project Manager to discrepancies, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
10. Project Finale Maestro: Coordinate with project managers and other leads for a seamless project closure, leaving a lasting mark of excellence.
11. Insightful Sage: Generate and deliver insightful reports that provide a comprehensive overview of project details, helping us learn, adapt, and thrive.
12. Vendor Virtuosity: Collaborate with vendors to ensure the timely issuance of warranties, strengthening our commitment to quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
