The Lewiston Walmart Distribution Center has been plagued with roofing problems since it was built. Although Industrial Roofing (our sister company) did NOT install the original roof system, Roof Management Services was asked to offer an inspection, and then provided maintenance services for several years. However, a serious leakage problem developed in the freezer section of the building.

The problem was traced to the roof, and Roof Management was asked to provide a solution. We worked with Walmart engineers, and facility manager, Keith Blais, to develop a plan on how to fix the problem. Ultimately, Roof Management personnel provided the expertise to remove some existing materials and install new vapor seals at roof walls and edges. This repair potentially saved Walmart hundreds of thousands of dollars in structural repairs.
