FIRESTONE MASTER CONTRACTOR: IRC Industrial Roofing is a recipient of the 2007 Firestone Master Contractor Award and the Inner Circle of Quality Award from Firestone Building Products Company. The awards recognize IRC Industrial Roofing for its dedication to installing quality-roofing systems.

2007 marks the 20th consecutive year IRC has achieved Master Contractor status. Only 20 other contractors in the US have achieved this level of repeat success! In addition, this is the 10th year IRC has been recognized as an Inner Circle of Quality Award winner.

SARNAFIL ELITE APPLICATOR: Sarnafil Inc., a leading manufacturer of high quality thermoplastic roofing and waterproofing systems, announces its list of approved roofing applicators included in the top tier of its 2006 Partner’s Club program. IRC Industrial Roofing has been awarded “Elite” level status – the only roofing contractor in the state of Maine to receive this award.

Sarnafil’s Partners Club is a special recognition program designed to highlight the accomplishments of its approved applicators. There are three levels to the program- Elite, Alliance, and General – with “Elite” being reserved for those applicators whose dedication to exceptional quality has resulted in a strong partnership with Sarnafil.

ESP (Excellence in Single Ply) Membership is based upon
annual qualifications. Quality installation achievements and Carlisle membrane- and product- purchases are factored into annual qualifications. In its 8th year, the ESP Program designates 100+ domestic Authorized Applicators and 8 Canadian Applicators. Of Carlisle's 1900 Authorized Applicators, these roofing contractors have heavily invested their time and effort into becoming a part of a most elite group.
